Keith is a Napa Valley native who is an avid golfer and wine collector. He has been a part of the team at Bennett Lane Winery since its inception. He comes to us with experience in sales and marketing,hospitality and the cellar from our neighboring Schramsberg Vineyards.

Stefanie Longton

Retail Sales Manager and Wine Club

Stefanie is another Bennett Lane Winery veteran, helping to open the tasting room in 2003 and gained winery experience prior to that overseas in the Margaret River region of Australia. Residing with her family in Healdsburg, she enjoys wine, travel and the outdoors.

Grant Hermann

Cellar Master

With 18 years cellar experience, Grant was hired in September 2005, after spending the previous 11 years at Sterling. He has also worked at notable Napa Valley wineries including Caymus, Cain Cellars, Raymond Vineyards and Napa Wine Co. Grant is in charge of Cellar Operations, the Winemaking Database and Facilities. He was raised in the Napa Valley tending a small family vineyard with his father, and now lives in Calistoga with wife Elizabeth and children Chloe and Aiden, where he is also a part time paid call Firefighter. Grant enjoys camping, fishing, boating, mountain biking, and time spent with family and friends.
