Mike David

Mike David began racing in 1993, competing in the Grand American Modified division at Stockton (Calif.) 99 Speedway. A year later he captured the rookie title in the NASCAR Weekly Racing Series late model division at the 1/4-mile paved oval. In 1998, David won the NASCAR Weekly Racing Series late model championship at Madera (Calif.) Speedway and captured the title in the Tri-Track Series for late model stock cars. He switched his attention to the Spec Truck Series in 1999 and wone the Central Series championship a year later. Mike debuted in the NASCAR West Series in 2001 running five races on the circuit and in 2007 he led the Bennett Lane team to their NASCAR Grand National West Championship.

 

PJ Jones

PJ Jones, Parnelli Jones' son, joined the Bennett Lane Winery Team for the 2004 season. In '93, PJ captured six pole positions and three race wins, the highlight being the Daytona 24 hour classic. He was runner up in the '93 Drivers' Championship and played a vital role in securing the GTP Manufacturer's Title for Toyotal. After '93, PJ began development work for all American Racers and Toyota on the Cart World Series in '96 and '97. He became the first driver to score points for Toyota with an impressive ninth place finish at the Detroit Grand Prix. PJ raced in the NASCAR event on the Infineon Speedway in '04 with Bennett Lane Winery as his main sponsor. In 2007 PJ joined Bennett Lane again, this time finishing second in our #24 Maximus car at Infineon raceway for the Blue Lizard 200 and again in 2008 in the Bennett Lane Winery 200.
